UC CubeCats is a student-led research lab founded in 2015 within the Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics (AEEM) at UC's College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS). Our primary goal is to provide students a team-based opportunity to positively impact the scientific community and the University of Cincinnati, as well as advance their professional careers through education and experience in spacecraft development. Members of our organization can gain experience designing, building, and operating flightworthy aerospace systems (specifically CubeSats and High-Altitude Balloons), network with industry professionals through conferences and collaborations, and apply concepts learned in the classroom to real-world projects.
