UC Public Affairs is a Brussels-based consultancy specialising in political writing and strategic communications. We work with people in public life—policymakers, advocates, organisations—who need to be clear, persuasive, and heard. Our services include speechwriting, op-eds, messaging development, stakeholder communications, and editorial support across the EU political landscape. In a city where English is the default working language—but not a first language for most—we bring native-level fluency and deep political insight to help clients express complex ideas with clarity, nuance, and confidence. UC was founded in May 2025 by Una Clarke, a political communications and European policy specialist with over a decade of experience working in and around the European institutions and international organisations.
