Haas@Work - UC Berkeley's Innovation Agency

Haas@Work is a unique student staffed innovation agency - connecting UC Berkeley faculty and MBA/MIMS students with companies interested in promoting and driving innovation in semester-long engagements covering the full innovation cycle. It is the flagship program of UC Berkeley-Haas Business School's Innovation Creativity and Design Practice, focused on customer-centered and design-thinking based approaches to applied innovation. Our goal is to help firms enhance their competitiveness and collaborate across boundaries, while preparing the next generation of Berkeley graduates to lead change responsibly. With over 500 program alumni and 50+ clients, we are one of the largest innovation agencies on the West Coast. Past clients include Adobe, Clorox, HP, Intel, Panasonic, Paypal, SAP, VF and US Bank. Our faculty coaches are leading "pracademics" -- acting as both thought leaders and practitioners in Human Centered Design based methodologies. Student consultants have gone on to work in full time innovation roles in industry, prominent design agencies, and strategy firms.
