University of Cape Coast Systems Change Program for Employability

The University of Cape Coast Systems Change Program (UCC-SCP) is an initiative of the Education Collaborative under its Systems Change Program- Employability. By this initiative, Ashesi university which is an exemplar institution under the Education Collaborative mentored the University of Cape Coast. It officially commenced in February, 2022. The goal of UCC-SCP is to impact the successful employability of at least 90 percent of students who pass through the program and ultimately impact about 50 percent of the student body of the University of Cape Coast within the next half decade. The project seeks to impact the successful employability of student body through impactful and industry-relevant career development programs. It will give students exposure to experiential learning opportunities aimed at improving their academic and career trajectories, enhancing opportunities and input from industry. Together, we believe in empowering our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their academic and professional journeys, while fostering valuable connections with industry experts.
