About UCD Raasleela
Founded in 2014, Raasleela is UC Davis's official premier competitive Raas-Garba dance team. Through our passion for dance, we hope to cultivate an on-campus family, showcase our high energy and uniqueness, as well as entertain and inform the public about this beautiful tradition. Raas-Garba is a style of dance originating in Gujarat, India. We compete against collegiate teams across the country.
