Uchi Rent aims to be a comprehensive portal that supports users throughout all stages of the rental contract lifecycle, providing essential utility services for tenants and offering a management tool for landlords to remotely oversee all activities related to their properties. Founded in late 2023, Uchi Rent is committed to simplifying the rental experience through cutting-edge technology. We have partnered with I3P - Incubator of the Politecnico di Torino since early 2024, marking the beginning of our journey towards reshaping the real estate rental market. In July 2024, Uchi Rent was officially established as a company, setting the stage for further growth and innovation in the property rental sector.
