UCL Education Innovation and Edupreneurship (EIE) Society

We are a group of adventurous, ambitious, and entrepreneurial change-makers in education, building the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 and the 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 Future of Learning and Work student community (est. 2022) in the UK and Eurozone. We are proudly based in the UCL Institute of Education, the #𝟭 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in the world for ten consecutive years. We host 1) panels, 2) career fairs, and 3) skills workshops surrounding 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀, to broaden the horizons of education students beyond the structured education system and build a bridge for ourselves to enter the innovative learning and EdTech ecosystems: 🚀 EdTech 💡 Innovative Curriculums 🎯 Edu-Entrepreneurship 📚 Lifelong Learning 🎓 Future of Work ⭐ Our 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡: Transform schools of Education across London into student-led, grassroots education innovation hubs ⭐ 👣 Our 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡: Kickstart the journeys of aspiring education innovators and entrepreneurs through creativity, people and knowledge 👣 💯 Our 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧: 600+ tickets sold and 400+ unique attendees in the first 6 months; shortlisted as 22-23 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 in UCL; granted UCL ChangeMakers pre-seed funding 💯 Our committee is also a mini-𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 for future education and social entrepreneurs. We run 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀, a rigorous 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 and curated 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 for our talented and close-knit team throughout the year. We build a system to allow student visionaries and builders in education to thrive. In addition to the support from the resource-rich UCL (IOE), we are grateful to have two of the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗱𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 across the globe on our side. Our events are powered by 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 (HK) and our mini-talent accelerator is supported by 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 (California).
