About UCL Lightning Cheerleading Club

UCL Lightning is a Cheerleading sports club run by UCL students with the support from the UCL Students Union. We have 3 competitive teams, which consist of many diverse committed members. Each of the teams train and compete at at least 1 competition and 1 showcase yearly. We also have a performance team who have many opportunities to showcase our diverse talent and represent the club. We strive to create a friendly, fun and sporty atmosphere that is inclusive for all. The main skills we learn are: stunting,tumbling, dance and jumps. We support athletes of all abilities that all share a love for cheer and a desire to learn new skills.
