The Leadership and Educational Advancement Program (L.E.A.P) was founded in 2009 with the purpose of developing college driven mentalities and the holistic growth of elementary and middle school students. We utilize academic and extra-curricular activities to imbue skills of leadership, teamwork and discipline in this after school tutorship and one-on-one mentorship program. We aim to develop strong relationships with our students in an effort to guide them in life but more importantly setting their sights on achieving higher education.
