We are a well-established, welcoming, and multi-faceted yoga and reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Hobart, Tasmania. We offer a full timetable of yoga classes including heated and non-heated yoga classes as well as Pilates classes, yoga teacher training, events/workshops and room hire of our beautiful spaces.
Our studio offers a sense of community and support to students. We celebrate individuality and acceptance, and understanding is at the core of our approach to teaching yoga and Pilates.
We are one of the largest yoga and Pilates studios in Tasmania, but more than that – our business is run on our core values – our guiding principles in all that we do.
