Udaykriti | Where Futures Begin with Skills, Sports & Self-Belief Udaykriti is a newly established Section 8 non-profit company with a bold vision: to build resilient, dignified livelihoods for youth in India’s underserved communities by combining the power of digital skills, sports for development, and earn-while-you-learn models. Why We Exist In India’s urban slums, millions of young people grow up full of potential but with limited access to the skills, mentors, and opportunities that can unlock that promise. Udaykriti was created to bridge that gap. We believe that a young person shouldn’t have to choose between education and earning, or between learning and belonging. Our programs integrate: 🔹 Future-ready digital skills like AI, coding, and web development 🔹 Paid project work and internships that build real-world experience 🔹 Sports-for-development activities that build confidence, resilience, and teamwork 🔹 Inclusive learning spaces where girls, LGBTQ+ youth, and marginalized learners thrive What We’re Building We are in the early stages of launching hyperlocal learning hubs across Delhi’s urban slums, where learning meets earning, and youth are supported not just as students but as changemakers.
