The organisation strives to ensure that the youth today is capable of handling the challenges that present themselves in various forms.The NGO's areas of focus include but are not limited to HIV-AIDS awareness ,Peer Pressure, Bullying, Sexual Abuse, Discrimination, Health and Hygiene, Escapism , Youth Empowerment and Political Awareness .
The fact that makes Uddeshya different from others is that the organisation works on a peer to peer level and utilizes positive peer pressure as an effective tool to deal with problems that are faced by the youth today.
