The main objectives of the Association are to promote biology and fisheries as a profession, encourage and enhance the cultural, entertaining, sporting and educational and research activities of students, evaluation, conservation and protection of nature and biodiversity and contribution to the establishment of a modern, liberal, democratic, pluralistic and tolerant, non-violent society
