Udyami the E-Cell of Tips, has been established with the objective of creating, manifesting and guiding the entrepreneurial spirit in the student community and to encourage the ones with creative minds and ideas, with potential for substantial business opportunities to be successful entrepreneurs. In today’s world the college students lack creativity and are unable to freely express themselves, be curious and question freely. Competition for marks has become a priority for the youth, leading to unquestioned and poor choices with no curiosity to learn something new. This discourages a lot of students in becoming successful entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial culture is neglected due to fear of risk of failure, luring the people into the corporate world. This prevents them from thinking outside the box, starting up their own ventures and startups. But in 2022 there is a new entrepreneurial wave. Today, many visionary students aspire to run their own business, mainly because they seek autonomy, financial security, and vocational flexibility. They will launch a startup to meet an emerging need in the community. These individuals will benefit from the e-cell that will show them how to innovate, lead, collaborate, and persevere. Through the e-cell the students learn to think innovative, lead through collaborations, combine tenacity with confidence. The E-cell team works hard to enable smooth and efficient interaction between its principal components spanning students, faculty, working professionals, aspiring and existing entrepreneurs, mentors, angel investors and venture capitalists, showing the students how to innovate, lead, collaborate, and persevere.
