Udyat Ventures is a multi family office institution which actively invests in early-stage tech start-ups across sectors. We generally invest in seed to pre series A stages writing checks of 500K to 2 Mn USD and are completely sector agnostic. The partners Mr. Rahul Gupta and Mr. Harsh Gupta have been business builders and entrepreneurs themselves, investing in start-ups for a very long time and have seen some stellar exits as well. The idea is to help the start-ups with not just capital but also their own knowhow and business networks built over the years. Udyat Ventures also has the flexibility to make control transactions, MBO or Pre-IPO investments in later stage companies. Udyat Ventures has been at the helm of several turnaround stories through various reengineering strategies anchored by our team and the group of experts.
