We started in Palm Hills Developments as the In - house Construction Department which served for 14 years starting from 1998 to 2012 building up and finishing all the major projects of Palm Hills in 6th of October, New Cairo & North Coast. Due to the increase in the volume of business, UECC was separated and officially established in 2012, to carry out the construction works of the mega-projects in a very professional way. Work is accomplished by individuals whom cooperated to provide outstanding services to our clients.
