As individuals who worked for very large firms, we witnessed a clear gravitation of services towards clients who generated the highest revenue. Businesses needing fewer services or hours did not generate enough revenue to be kept as clients; therefore were charged premiums to stay. This is where we come in. John and Don each have over 20 years experience working in both public accounting and private industry. We have worked for some of the largest firms in the US as well as some very large, multinational corporations.
