Vietnamese Student Organization at UF

The Vietnamese Student Organization (VSO) is a student-led cultural organization dedicated to promoting and sharing the richness of Vietnamese culture while fostering a strong sense of community on campus. Through cultural showcases, community service, and leadership development, VSO offers members the opportunity to grow academically, socially, and personally. At its core, VSO is a home away from home — a welcoming space built on unity, friendship, and shared values. While the organization celebrates Vietnamese heritage, it is inclusive and open to individuals of all backgrounds who are interested in learning about and engaging with Vietnamese culture. We empower our members through programs that highlight leadership, citizenship, and fellowship, and strive to enrich the student experience through cultural education, service opportunities, and lasting connections.
