The School of Computing at the University of Georgia (SoC@UGA) excels in research and education in both core and interdisciplinary computing. Our outstanding faculty and students conduct cutting-edge research in diverse areas of computing including Artificial Intelligence (including Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Robotics), Security and Privacy, Computer Systems (including Cloud, Edge, Mobile, and High-Performance Computing), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Bioinformatics, Data Sciences, and Algorithms. Our research programs excel with funding from all major federal agencies (NSF, NIH, DoD, DARPA, USDA) and private industry.
