Ughi e Nunziante

Ughi e Nunziante was established in 1969 as a result of the merger of two pre-existing law firms founded by Giovanni M. Ughi and Gianni Nunziante. The Firm has offices in Milan and Rome and it currently numbers about 70 lawyers and accountants. Since its early years, the Firm paired its intimate knowledge of Italian law with a strong international vocation, and has developed a solid experience in cross-border transactions. Most of our attorneys obtained postgraduate degrees from leading universities in Italy and abroad, and have accumulated foreign work experience, particularly in the United States and the United Kingdom; among the Firm´s professionals are foreign nationals and professionals who are admitted to practice in Italy as well as other jurisdictions, and the Firm is able to provide assistance in foreign languages such as English, French, German and Spanish. Ughi e Nunziante is also privileged in that it counts amongst its professionals several professors who are faculty members at top tier Italian universities. Our clients range from small and medium size businesses, and corporations in their early stages of international expansion, to large multinationals, financial institutions, governments and public organizations. Many of our clients are non-Italian entities turning to the Firm for advice on legal issues connected with their Italian operations or on international transactions which have some point of contact with Italian law and/or jurisdiction.
