Counseling M.S. with Clinical Mental Health Counseling Concentration This degree plan provides course work that satisfied the academic qualifications for licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) work as clinicians in public and private schools, community and mental health agencies, alcohol and drug abuse programs, family counseling centers, child and adolescent programs, social service agencies, or in private practice, assisting individuals with emotional and mental disorders.
