UIC Government Construction (UICGC), a new holding company of the Ukpeagvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC), started business in 2019 as a full-service General Contractor serving Alaska and the lower 48 providing a full range of construction services to the Federal Government. UICGC’s subsidiary Qayaq Government Solutions, LLC (QGS) was created in 2017, is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) subsidiary certified in 2018 under the U. S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development program. QGS is a full service General Contractor that specializes in Federal Government Construction.
