UIC Sustainable Development Research Group (UIC SDRG)

UIC Sustainable Development Research Group of the Globalisation and Development Academic Society (UIC GADAS-SDRG), a brand new student platform focusing on the deeper understanding of sustainable development and its various socio-economic and environmental dynamics! Given the broad, interdisciplinary scope of our interests, we aim to cater to UICers of all backgrounds. We are proud to be the first student-led academic research group established in our college. Our overall goal is to promote the debate over the crucial, multidimensional, global challenges of modern times, while at the same time fostering UIC students' overall preparation as well as research, communication and organizational skills. We enjoy very close levels of cooperation with professors of the Globalisation and Development (GAD) Programme, as well as with scholars from other relevant programmes and divisions across UIC.
