The company was formed by some of the preeminent figures in Sudan and has served the market for the past 53 years. During the time from 1969 – 1992 the company was following a conventional insurance approach, since 1992 after changing the law in Sudan we started using Takaful insurance model. In 2019 the company operated for the first time under ‘Ijara Model’ which is being followed up to present.
