UIP Inc. (Unified Internship Program Inc.) is a non-profit organization founded in 2011, rooted in the mission to uplift lives through education, empowerment, and opportunity. We began by providing free junior high school education to out-of-school youth and adult learners—ensuring that no one is left behind in the pursuit of knowledge, no matter their age or circumstance. In 2021, we expanded our mission by launching the Unified Internship Program, designed to bridge the gap between education and employment. Through this initiative, we offer high-quality, industry-aligned internships for college students and actively create meaningful employment opportunities for our graduates, helping them step confidently into the workforce. To further strengthen our commitment to service, UIP Inc. was officially registered as a non-governmental organization (NGO) with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission in 2023. This milestone enables us to expand our reach, build more partnerships, and continue transforming lives through education and opportunity. At the heart of UIP Inc. is a deep belief: Education is a right, not a privilege. Every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential—regardless of background.
