The College of Health Science and Technology (CHST) at the University of Illinois Springfield, established in the 2022-23 academic year, represents a new era in academic excellence and innovation in health, science, and technology. Our college, born from a strategic campus-wide reorganization, passionately commits to a student-focused education in science, embracing diversity and inclusivity while intertwining foundational sciences with real-world applications. Our college consists of two schools—the School of Health Sciences and the School of Integrated Sciences, Sustainability, and Public Health—and three departments—Computer Science, Psychology, and Mathematics & Philosophy.
