Uit de Kunst werving & selectie is opgericht door Sabine Dessart. Sabine bemiddelt, voor veelal internationaal opererende bedrijven in functies met name in de transport-, logistiek- en productiesector. Zij heeft ruime ervaring in de werving en selectie en beschikt over een breed netwerk van professionals op HBO+-niveau.
Een persoonlijke aanpak en flexibel werken zijn het uitgangspunt. Uit de Kunst werkt proactief aan partnership met elke klant en kandidaat, waardoor wensen optimaal worden vertaald naar de excellente dienstverlening.
Naast de werving & selectie van vast en interim personeel voor werkgevers kunnen onze diensten worden uitgebreid met andere HR-activiteiten zoals HR-advies, HR-interim, coaching of mediation. Hiervoor werken wij samen met vaste partners waarmee jarenlange ervaring is opgebouwd. Hierdoor kunnen we snel acteren en kwaliteit en expertise op de desbetreffende fronten bieden.
