TODOS is an interest organization that works to improve the general welfare of PhD candidates & Postdoctoral Researchers registered at UiT – The Arctic University of Norway. TODOS does this by adopting a double-folded perspective on the PhD candidates & Postdoctoral researchers’ activity at UiT: their academic working environment and their social life.
The organization should be contacted concerning issues related to study conditions and professional development, economic interests related to the PhD education, rights and duties at the university, research ethics and ideas for improving the social life of the PhD candidates & Postdoctoral researchers here at UiT.
TODOS strives to be a natural link between the UiT administration (at all levels), the universities permanent employees including the scientific staff and PhD candidates & Postdoctoral researchers at UiT in general aspects regarding the PhD education.
TODOS is not linked to any particular political opinion, union organization or religious belief and is as such a neutral organization.
TODOS was founded on the 2nd of March 2011. Twice every year we have a General Meeting where half of the board gets elected. The TODOS Board oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization. In addition, TODOS has a Volunteer Committee. Please contact us if you want to be a part of the committee.
