Members of the UK Property Developers Association (UKPDA) have to abide by the association's Code of Conduct on financial viability and probity.
The reason behind the formation of UKPDA was to instill confidence in buyers, investors and borrowers who have been concerned with the actions of certain property developers, particularly in relation to off plan and fractional sales schemes and misuse of investor/buyer deposits.
Any member found to be misleading the public, clients, professional partners or other connected parties, either verbally or in print or digital media, will be removed immediately, as we have a zero tolerance approach to abusing our Code of Conduct.
