UKHCDO Ltd is the wholly owned commercial arm of The UK Haemophilia Doctors Organisation (UKHCDO). The company administers the UK National Haemophilia Database and provides all administrative support for UKHCDO and its activities. These include organisation of meetings of the Advisory Committee and Working Parties, the AGM an ad-hoc meetings with outside agencies, the regular audit of Haemophilia Centre audit and provision of research supprt for working parties and task forces of UKHCDO. The National Haemophilia Database holds data from over 25,000 patients with bleeding disorders residing in the United Kingdom. We produce data and analysis for healthcare management, pharmaceutical market analysis, and epidemiological research, including pharmacovigilance and national post-marketing studies. Our clients include the Departments of Health of England and the devolved administrations, NHS England (Wales and Scotland), the Health Protection Agency, The Commercial Medicines Unit, the European Medicines Agency the UK Haemophilia Society and World Federation of Haemophilia and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
