As a food company with a reliable and sustainable supply chain, we have set out to deliver caviar and seafood that are delicious, natural, and free of any non-natural additives worldwide. Our company has exclusive rights to the technology of production of shellfish without preservatives, acquired in VNIRO (RUSSIAN FEDERAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND OCEANOGRAPHY). By using this technology, we can produce a product that preserves protein without clotting it. We have also developed with VNIRO a red caviar technology without preservatives, made according to Eurostandard, which is similar to black caviar. All our caviar is from the island of Sakhalin, low salt, pasteurized by special technology, where all vitamins and trace elements are preserved, but pathogenic microflora dies, providing a long shelf life.
