UKRATORS is transforming the future of the food industry by helping restaurants, confectioneries, bakeries saving time and effort by using unique 3D food printing technologies which will turn any kitchen to a micro-factory that augments culinary creativity and food sustainability. Our first concept of a 3D food printer called "Perfect Chocolatier" aims to print different types of food, not only confections, and have the next key features: 1) Delta-style. These offer advantages over conventional Cartesian 3D printers of quicker access to a larger printing size (excels in printing in height), high print speed, and accuracy for a comparable investment in hardware. 2) Auger extruder helps mix the material as it’s being printed to prevent phase separation, ensure homogeneity of food, and provide precise control of food wastage, existing extruders cannot do this. 3) Extruder uses detachable barrels with pneumatic feed, capacity can be from 100ml to several liters, which allows making a 5x bigger food footprint and print longer without refilling than the existing solution. 4) Using a couple of barrels allows 2x extending the same raw material capacity, or using them to combine two different ingredients, it is open up new possibilities to create food with custom nutritional content and unique taste. 5) A granite surface has excellent thermal properties, does not absorb odors, and easy to clean. Professional chefs use granite for exactly these reasons.
