The Ulba-FA Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) was established in 2015.
The program for the development of the nuclear industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2014 with the prospect of development until 2020, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2011 No. 728, determined the creation of joint ventures for the production of fuel assemblies (hereinafter FA ) for reactors of nuclear power plants of western design, and also to meet the needs of nuclear power in Kazakhstan. As part of the implementation of the Program in 2015, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a legal entity with foreign participation - Ulba-FA limited liability partnership was created and registered.
Ulba-FA LLP was established to produce fuel assemblies and their components.
