We offer you a unique extra virgin olive oil and the best oleo-tourism experience. Our olive trees flourish in the only Desert of Europe, a unique ecosystem with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and stable temperatures averaging 17ºC. A location that benefits from biodiversity: 25 kms from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering on the Cabo de Gata Natural Park to the East, and 45 kms from the icy slopes of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park to the West. Campos de Uleila is a unique organic oil, with notes of fresh fruit, almonds, and vines, but also of sunlight hours, sea breeze, and the solitude of the Desert. From the respect for a privileged environment, Campos de Uleila oil is born, made on a farm that has preserved the ecosystem's balance to obtain the best from Nature. On a tour of the farm, we can find almond trees, vineyards, fruit trees, or aromatic plants like thyme, rosemary, or esparto, in perfect coexistence with the olive grove and with the existing fauna; mountain goats, deer, eagles, partridges, rabbits, bee-eaters, or azulejos. The Estate constitutes a reserve of flora and fauna native to this peculiar ecosystem. The richness in nuances of our oils is given by this singularity in the coexistence of different plantations. Campos de Uleila was first dreamed and then built. Our story begins with the vision of a child in love with the desert, with the restlessness of someone who wishes to explore the processes of the earth and its mysteries; how wheat can become bread, how an olive becomes oil, how the grape transforms into wine.
