Ülemiste City

Ülemiste City located in the heart of the most rapidly developing area of Tallinn in close proximity to Tallinn airport is the largest and the most prominent commercial real estate development project in the Baltics accommodating nearly 500 domestic and international high value-added enterprises. The business campus, spread over 36 hectares of former industrial area of Dvigatel factory, offers today 100,000 m² of office and 127,000 m² of industrial premises.
