ULIS Group TEC Division : 25 years ago was born with ULIS the will to bring to MOROCCO a certain standardization of the profession of underwater work. Since then, and in compliance with its set objectives, the ULIS company has been recognized and approved by the largest internationally renowned control offices such as LLOYD’S, DNV-GL, ABS, RINA and VERITAS. As a result, it remains the leader in Morocco, and the only Moroccan underwater works company to export its know-how, quality and safety throughout Africa: Mozambique, Mauritania, Libya, Guinea, Cote Ivoire , Madagascar, Togo, Senegal,… Since its creation, ULIS has been able to satisfy customers like LYDEC, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT, EIFFAGE, VEOLIA, BOLLORE, STAM, SOMAGEC,… The numerous international approvals and the multiple achievements of ULIS undoubtedly make it today the Moroccan leader in the installation of acropods, underwater non-destructive test tests, dives in unsanitary STEP sites and deep dives. OEA Division : ULIS "Oceanography-Environment-Aquaculture" division was born out of Morocco's recent commitments to sustainable and environmental development. The new local administrative constraints, in harmony with the global trend, oblige companies to carry out advanced environmental and oceanographic studies, such as "Environmental impact studies" of coasts. Proof of our professionalism in matters of Environment, LYDEC, DEGREMEONT and SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT have already called upon our skills for complex interventions on wastewater treatment plants. We have conducted oceanographic studies on behalf of GEOCEAN and DRAPOR and studies on the dispersal of discharges for ONEE, PHENIXA, LYDEC and IOTA as the emissary of Tangier or in Roches Noires in Casablanca. We work in collaboration with French design offices such as AQUALOG or INVIVO, the latter, for the installation of artificial reefs in the Mediterranean. Finally, after having invested in qualified human resources, we are developing our AQUACUTL
