At Ulstein Design & Solutions BV we design game changing ships for the offshore energy market. Sometimes brilliantly simple, sometimes sufficiently complex. Our specialty is in the design and development of vessels for the offshore renewable market and oil and gas industry, fully customizing them to client specific requirements. We provide best-in-class solutions, combining a pragmatic design approach with extensive naval architectural skills.
Besides newbuild designs, we deliver engineering consultancy and feasibility studies for vessel upgrades and conversions, using our extensive knowledge of hybrid power systems, stability, SPS and DP requirements and using in-house FEA and CFD departments.
We are part of the family-owned ULSTEIN Group, headquartered in Ulsteinvik, Norway.
