ULTIM8TEAM is a team of practitioners, architects, engineers, urbanists, interior designers, and landscape architects. The studio develops practical solutions that meet the goals of clients, develop the urban environment and increase the profitability of the project.
We are a small studio, so we personally immerse ourselves in each project.

and contributes to the socialization of people.
The ULTIM8TEAM architecture was born from a careful analysis of how modern life is constantly evolving and changing. Not least because of the influence of multicultural exchange, global economic currents, and communication technologies, which together require new ways of architectural and urban organization. We think that to solve today's problems, architecture can be considered a largely unexplored area. We propose a pragmatic utopian architecture that avoids the numbing boring boxes and naive ideas of digital formalism.
The architectural design includes all stages of design, such as: "Schematic design"(SD), "Developed Design"(DD), and "Construction Design"(CD) up to binding window handles and calculating the amount of materials.
The architectural department cooperates closely with related specialists: landscape architects, engineers, and design departments. We optimize solutions in construction, which significantly saves the client's money.
Our total experience with ArchiCad is about 11 years and with Revit is 4 years.
Landscape projects include all design phases, such as: "Predesign or sketch", "Design", and "Detailed design documentation".
Landscape department work in close connection with related specialists: architects, engineers, the design department, and landscapers.
Our general experience in Civil 3d is about 7 years.
We use all modern visualization possibilities in our work and are constantly looking for new ways to show the beauty of the project to the customer.
