WE DON'T CHARGE FEES FOR LENDING! Other lenders charge fees for practically everything they do: even before they’ve even lent any money. It’s good business for them, but we don’t believe it’s fair on the borrower. It ties a borrower in, adds complexity and hides the true costs of borrowing. We make our money from the interest only and so our clients are reassured that they are not racking-up fees before they have drawndown funds and they know exactly what they are paying: simple!
WE'RE FLEXIBLE. We don’t believe that lending decisions should be made by computers or committees. Every deal is different and so we treat them as such and our clients are pleased that they are dealing directly with property experienced decision makers.
