UP started its organic conversion in 2017 and is located at the forest-edge of Natural reserve of Les Maures, close to Saint Tropez. UP is surrounded by nature and hills called “Notre Dame des Anges”. UP takes full advantage of 46 ha of vines set across shallow sandstone soil. The terroir feeds its complexity with the natural compost brought by the oak trees leaves and the vine shoots. 2 cuvées are currently produced at this winery called Original and Urban. Each wine uses an iconic bottle shape. The wines feature the same signature: Aromatic intensity. Surprising. Smooth. Powerful. In June 2018, UP will re-open and welcomes you to join us. You will be greeted by the organic vineyards and guided to our wine cellar. The estate restaurant “Jardin d’Eden” provides panoramic views via our rooftop seating area, where you can venture “up” to enjoy a magnificent view over our vineyards. In July, UP will open its 30-room hotel which also boasts magnificent views on the vineyard and best of all, St Tropez is just a short 30-minute ride away for fun in the sun.
