We are a research group based in Nanyang Technological University. Our research focus lies in ultracold gases and nanophotonics. Our general scientific objectives are on quantum sensing and simulation as well as interfacing ultracold atom with nanophotonics devices such as metamaterials for new hybrid quantum systems. We are also interested in fundamental questions related to atom-light coupling: collective and cooperative emission effects and electric-dipole forbidden transitions.
