Insync Surveys purchased UltraFeedback in late 2013. Insync Health works with clients internationally to provide quality research solutions for a range of business challenges. We partner with our clients to help improve customer engagement, employee satisfaction or to understand where the client is placed in their industry. Insync Health specialises in the health industry to understand the behaviours and attitudes of healthsumers in their health seeking behaviour. We are particularly interested in the end-user, whether that is the patient, the carer, the family member or the consumer of health services. Insync Health also works in other industries with clients who want to understand their customers and employees and that require the evidence to support decision making.
