Umami Records is a Singapore-based digital record label founded in 2013 by Kevin Foo, Aaron Wong, and Josh Quah. Much like the “5th taste” reputation of its namesake, the label's raison d'etre is all about the discovery of new, interesting sounds that run underground and away from mainstream tastes.
