UMass Investment Banking Group

Founded in 2021, the UMass Investment Banking Group ("UIBG") is the only finance and business organization on campus that has a specific focus on education and career preparation specifically for investment banking. Our Group is split into two entities: our general club meetings which are open to all, and our selective Analyst Program which offers a more hands-on and in-depth experience working on projects in accounting, 3-statement and DCF modeling, and pitches. Throughout each semester, we run a series of introductory seminars and workshops in resumes, networking, behaviorals, accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and more. With placements at Barclays, Jefferies, Crédit Agricole, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Wells Fargo, and more, our goal is to provide our members all the necessary tools and resources to become competitive investment banking candidates.
