A love of travel, an appreciation for effortless style and centering wellness, turned a few notes on a page into a bold vision. It is the feeling of luxury that excites, connects, and the reflective moments born out of memorable retail experiences including service with a smile. Inspired by her Caribbean heritage but frustrated with the lack of diversity, size inclusivity and slow transformation in fashion, our Founder & CEO tapped her design and business skills to create a new blueprint. Umbasse (“Um-bah-se”) was founded as a curated luxury brand blending contemporary design with responsible business powered by technology and innovation. We produce Womenswear, Accessories, and Footwear manufactured in the UK and Europe. As a brand with purpose, we are on a mission to drive a fluid retail conversation. We are not aligned to the traditional fashion calendar and instead unveil annual collections with product drops throughout the year.
