The UMBRELLAWHITE is a Brazilian technology and innovation company, specialized in services and products related to MOBILE, WEARABLE and WEB systems in general, including technologies for design and prototyping of electronic devices, development of customizable systems and management of cloud computing. In compliance with Complementary Law 182/2021, also known as the "Legal Framework for Startups", UMBRELLAWHITE is a technological innovation company self-affirmed as a Startup. As a Startups, UMBRELLAWHITE was designed to grow quickly, as it manages to reach a large innovation market that is normally not available to ordinary companies. Therefore, our field of activity is focused on services that involve cutting-edge technology, since, in this sector, online businesses tend to reach a larger share of the market more quickly when compared to conventional offline businesses. In addition, we enable companies that have obligations to invest in research, to make contributions, through equity funds, in accordance with Law 13,800/19, equity investment funds (FIP) and investments in programs, notices or competitions intended for these purposes. According to art. 61-D, of LC 123/06, "investment funds may contribute capital as 'angel investors', as per regulation of the Brazilian Securities Commission".
