UME is the next generation aperitif: a first-of-its kind U.S. produced plum spirit. Unlike yesterday's bitter or syrupy sweet liqueurs and aperitifs, UME's all-natural fruit flavor is uniquely tart with 60% less sugar than Aperol. UME's stunning royal purple hue elevates every experience. UME was founded in 2020 by Jenn Toyzer who left a decade-long career in finance. One night Jenn discovered a plum spirit that was so delicious she felt she had been struck by lightning.
