UMO Professional aims to enhance the wellbeing of staff, their resilience and motivation whilst improving productivity, performance and efficiency within the education sector. We are recognised for the quality and expertise, which displays a depth of understanding of the psychological barriers to work and wellbeing within education. Our overall approach is to enable positive change by alleviating the pressures and stresses impacting staff in academic settings. We provide mentors who are highly qualified and experienced accredited mental health practitioners who have all worked within HEIs, FEs, International schools or schools so they understand the environment. They are also able to write psychological or needs related reports that can assist with making adjustments within departments for the staff member. We are the leader in providing evidence based research in Specialist Wellbeing Mentoring and Specialist Mental Health Mentoring.
