U-M Social Work Continuing Education

The University of Michigan School of Social Work Continuing Education (CE) programs are designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of social workers and allied health professionals. Offering workshops, webinars, online social work licensure exam preparation, and interprofessional online certificates in addictions, advanced clinical dementia practice, integrated behavioral health and primary care, mixed methods research, and sexual health. Our faculty are national experts and leaders in their respective fields. Our goal is to meet your professional development and career advancement needs through high quality continuing education programs. The University of Michigan is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. The University of Michigan, provider #1212, maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 5/15/2020 to 5/15/2023. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.
