UmWELTweit e.V. is a not for profit organization with the overall aim to contribute to climate change mitigation. We do that by protecting tropical forests from illegal logging. Our approach herewith to provide sustainable sources of income to forest communities' inhabitants through value addition to Non Timber Forest Products. Herewith empowering local inhabitants to enlarge the observed forest territories and to protect them from illegal logging.
